The Hill House is an ideal place for a vacation with friends or family.

The spacious villa with a playroom, big kitchen, pergola, large garden and a heated swimming pool with saltwater is located in the calm part of the municipality Slupečná, walking only 10 minutes from the port on the dam Lipno

In the summer, you can spend your free time actively by the Lipno dam, cycling, going on hikes in the surroundings, sunbathing by the private swimming pool, in the garden or in the basement playroom. Whereas the winter can be spent in the nearby ski resort Lipno with a snowpark, which is located only 5 minutes of walking from the Hill House accommodation.

Recently reconstructed house offers 5 bedrooms with various dispositions for up to 14 people in total, a fully equipped spacious kitchen with a traditional czech stove and a dining room to share lovely moments and also a playroom in the basement. In the garden, apart from a swimming pool, you will find a fire pit and a playground with a pergola and another roofed terrace with a sitting area and a grill.

Hill house is the perfect holiday option for those who look for an accommodation close to where all the action happens, but at the same time want to sit without distractions and unwind in the evening.

The heart of the house is the kitchen, which is perfectly equipped for cooking for large groups. The location is also flawless. It takes just a few minutes to get to the slopes. We were able to let the older children go skiing and come from the skiing, whenever they wanted.

A stunning reconstructed cottage house. We were 3 families with children. We almost couldn’t get the children out of the amazing pool. The accommodation is ideal for families with children and the center of Lipno is just a few steps from the house. I highly recommend it.

Very clean house with a large garden prepared with love. Fully equipped with everything a family might need. The location is great, with hiking and cycling tracks nearby. The lake is easily accessible by bike or a 10-minute walk. In the basement there is a playroom and TV room for older children.
